Established in 1967, HAOC is proud be serving Osage County and consists of a dedicated Office And Maintenance Staff committed to providing decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing. Our Office is located at 200 Atlantic Field Road (Cedar Ridge) in Pawhuska, OK.  It is our goal to sustain our houses to the highest of standards, in order to provide the best homes possible for individuals and families.
